Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, all food items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. This policy is in place to ensure food safety and quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@getsweetifi.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, your statutory rights apply. However, perishable food products are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection regulations.
